The Library Advisory Committee is led by Dr.M.Muthukumaran, Professor and Head, Department of Mechanical Engineering, along with Prof.Krishna Priya M S, Member Secretary, JIT Central Library. Senior Professors from various departments, as well as Student Representatives, constitute the committee. The Library Advisory Committee plays an advisory and advocacy role regarding the Central Library on matters of general policy, planning, programs, best practices, and objectives in its support of the teaching-learning, research, and community‐building needs of the Institution.
