Seminar “My Story – Motivational Session by Successful Innovators”

A Seminar on “My Story – Motivational Session by Successful Innovators” was conducted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jansons Institute of Technology in association with JIT Institutions Innovation Council (JIT-IIC), on 22.09.2023 for the Students of Civil Engineering & Mechanical Engineering. A total of 49 participants (47 Students and 02 faculties) actively involved in the seminar. The session started with welcoming the gathering by Mr.F.Alexander, Faculty Coordinator followed by the overview of the session. The Innovator’s Story from the MoE Innovation Cell was shared by the Students Participants. Campus Haat: Home food away from home was presented by Mr.H. Rudra Gowd, Final Year Civil Engineering; A safeguard against fake certificates was presented by Ms.Y.Uma Maheshwari, Final Year Civil Engineering; Fully Customisable Manual Wheelchair NeoFly with NeoBolt was presented by Mr.J.Balamurugan, Third Year Mechanical Engineering; New eco-friendly thermocol doubles up as fertilizer was presented by Mr.N.Sharanraj, Third Year Mechanical Engineering; NovoEarth: Providing carbon-neutral solutions for the single-use plastic materials was presented by Mr.G.Karthik, Third Year Mechanical Engineering; UNEAKO: Providing eco-friendly and sustainable products made using biodegradable materials was presented by Mr.M.Hebic Joel, Third Year Civil Engineering. The Idea, Gap analysis and Technical Methods to conversion of Ideas into Products were elaborated to all the Participants of the session through the Video Presentation. The session was ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr.G.Karthik, Third Year Mechanical Engineering and feedback session was carried out through online mode. Participants felt the session was useful and gained more practical ideas about the recent innovations made.
