Drive Against Drugs

As of the main motto of drive against drugs “Choose not use! Chase your dreams ,not drugs” .The NSS volunteers of Jansons Institute of Technology went to the middle school of Ganapathypalayam ,K Rayarpalyam on 11.08.2022 to visit the students and the NSS program officer Dr. K. Senthamilselvan gave an eye opening speech on the bad effects and causes that are caused due to drug usage and also created awareness regarding it. The students and the NSS volunteers took a pledge for Drive against drugs. And on 12.08.2022 Mr. G. Sajith presented a presentation on what is “Drive Against Drugs” ,the main objective of it, he explained about the various types of drugs and its intake, he also explained about the ill effects of drugs and what are health issues that are caused due to it, he also explained what are the social problems that are caused due to drugs usage , he also explained about the statistics of drug consumption in each state of country and he also explained about the remedies such as drug rehabilitation centres, etc. and at the end of the enlightening presentation the NSS volunteers took a pledge against the drug usage.
