Importance of Fruits and Vegetables for growing child.
Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins, minerals and fibre. Kids should be encouraged to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables – there is a rainbow of colours to choose from – which provides a rich source of antioxidants, instead of sugary snacks and fast food, which are high in fat and sugar.
So our NSS team created the awareness among the school children about eating the fruits and vegetables through showing animated videos and pictures.
Also NSS PO Dr. K. Senthamil Selvan, address the school children with a lot of stories and created the awareness about the importance of eating fruits and vegetables.
