Independence Day Celebrations 2020
An Essay and Painting competitions was conducted on the celebration of 74th “Independence Day” on the topic “Women Who Shaped India” from 07th – 15th August, 2020. The programme was organized by National Service Scheme along with Tamil Mandram, ARCRA, IWCC and WIE for the students of Jansons Institute of Technology. The Competition link was shared to all the students of various departments. A total of 67 students were actively participated in the competition and submitted their article through online. Participation details for each contest are as follows, Essay writing in English: 26, Essay writing in Tamil: 11, Painting Competition: 30. E-Certificates were issued to all the registered participants and based on scores obtained the winners were selected and honored. Certificate of Appreciation was shared to all the prize winners for a token of achievement.
