Organic manure preparation demonstration for school children

Dead leaves are a naturally occurring organic material. For a keen gardener they can make some of the best compost that can be made.

So our volunteers involved in collecting all the dry leaves around the school. Some of them are involved in making a small pit and the all leaves are dumped along with some amount of water and cow dung to speed up the process.

Then the organic manure preparation is explained to school children and make them aware about the organic farming process.
