Digital India program-Economic development of India

Our institution has organized National Service Scheme (NSS) with a team student camp at Padhuvampalli, in that camp; our NSS volunteers participated on 14th July 2017 and conducted an activity on “Digital India”. Digital India is a national program to transform India into digital society by delivering citizen services electronically and online. The main objective of this campaign is digitizing India, which will obviously make it more empowered and connected to the rest of the world. Students explained the importance of the government online portals to the people in Padhuvampalli; they also explained the e-seva of the other utilities provided by the government of India. We have given awareness about how to withdraw money from ATM Bank and Mobile Banking applications etc.,
