Traditional Cultural Fest
A Traditional Cultural Fest was conducted on 28th Oct, 2021 by Tamil Mandram of Jansons Institute of Technology in association with the Music Club and ARCRA Club at Sivagana Auditorium from 10.00 AM onwards. The Main objective of the event is to celebrate the traditional culture of the South India. To enrich the cultural diversity, different events were performed by the students of various departments. The event was stared with a prayer song performed by Ms. Haripriya and Ms. Poorna Iyer of II CSE. Followed by an Instrumental Played by the members of the Music Club. The Traditional Cultural performance like Bharathanatiyam, Silambattam, Oilattam, Thappattam, Kollattam, Sivathandavam, Tamil Fork dance, Mixed Fork dance were taken place. The entire event was hosted by Ms. Varshitha Rao of II AI&DS and Ms. Sruthy of III CSE. The event was witnessed by the faculties and students of various departments of Jansons Institute of Technology. All the Participants enjoyed the different performance done by all the performers to portrait the traditional culture and celebrated the various cultural diversity of the Southern region. The traditional cultural fest was co-ordinated by Ms. V. Vidhya Gowri, Assistant Professor of ECE Department.
