The JIT – Intellectual Property Rights Cell in association with JIT-IIC organizes  a workshop on Design Thinking to Nurture the Culture of Innovation for promoting the culture of design thinking to the students. 0n 26.12.22 with the prayer song followed by welcome address given by Dr.E.S.Shamila, IPR coordinator the workshop was conducted.

The resource person Mr. Vishal Nair, Co-Founder and Director, LightNSalt Pvt Limited,Palakad, Kerala enlighten the concept of design thinking.  Mr. Vishal Nair explains about design thinking as it is a non-linear, iterative process that teams use to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. He discussed about the importance of creativity and innovation in problem solving and how to nurture the culture of innovation. Finally with the vote of thanks by Dr.M.M.Matheswaran IIC President the event ended.
