“The Story of Life”

VE-SIP Cell  organized “Student Induction Program” for the newly admitted students of the academic year 2022-2023 at Jansons Institute of Technology. As a part of this 14 days Induction program, a motivational session on “The Story of Life” was arranged on 16.11.2023 from 11.00 to 12.15 p.m at Sivaganga Auditorium. The guest speaker was Dr. Bexell Ayyachamy Daniel / Director (Research & Education), Living In Fine Environment Trust-India.

The session started with a prayer song followed by the welcome address by Dr. Suresh Kumar. M.V, Director / Admissions. The speaker initiated his guest lecture by saying that a healthy and good biodiversity indicate a healthy and good ecosystem.  He included in his speech that a  healthy ecosystem also includes the availability of pure water, pure air, healthy land, a good climate, and the availability of nutrients on Earth. Therefore, biodiversity conservation plays an important role in the quality of life of all living organisms. The speaker created awareness on the need for conservation of wildlife and the role of students in conserving nature.

          The event concluded with vote of thanks rendered by Ms.Ramya.S / Assistant Professor Department of English followed by National Anthem. The event ended with a happy note.
