The “Climate Change Awareness Program” event on Mar 1, 2025, from 02:00 PM at Unjapalayam Village, was organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS).  The event began with a welcome address by Ms. Harshini, II CSE, followed by an informative session by Ms. Rachana Sri, II ECE, who explained the causes and effects of climate change. To ensure maximum outreach, NSS volunteers actively participated in creating awareness across different parts of Unjapalayam Village, covering the South, North, East, and West sides. They engaged with local residents, educating them on sustainable practices such as waste management and water conservation. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Anandha Divya, II CSE, who expressed gratitude to all participants and volunteers. The event successfully spread awareness and encouraged the community to adopt eco-friendly habits for a sustainable future.
