JIT-IIPC and IEEE Student Branch Organize Personality Development Programme for Final-Year Students
The Industry Institute Partnership Cell (JIT-IIPC), in association with the IEEE Student Branch, Jansons Institute of Technology, successfully organized a Personality Development Programme on 25 July 2026 (Saturday) at the JIT campus for final-year students who had previously participated in the Intensive Placement Training programme.
The programme was designed to equip students with the essential interpersonal, professional, and employability skills required to excel in campus recruitment and their future careers. The full-day interactive session focused on enhancing students’ confidence, communication, and overall professional readiness.
The resource person for the programme was Mr. Kavin Thangasamy, Senior Analyst – HR, Netcon Technologies, Bengaluru, who shared valuable industry insights and practical strategies for succeeding in today’s competitive corporate environment. Through engaging activities, real-world examples, and interactive discussions, he encouraged students to develop a positive mindset and a professional approach towards their career aspirations.

The mock interview and group discussion sessions provided participants with hands-on experience, enabling them to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Students actively participated throughout the programme and appreciated the practical tips and career guidance shared by the resource person.
