IEEE Leadership Workshop
The IEEE Leadership Workshop was successfully conducted for the JIT IEEE Student Members on 6 August 2026 at the Seminar Hall, Jansons Institute of Technology. The programme was organized to introduce students to leadership opportunities within IEEE, familiarize them with the IEEE organizational structure, and motivate them to actively participate in professional and student activities.
The workshop provided an engaging platform for students to understand the importance of leadership, teamwork, professional networking, and active involvement in IEEE. The interactive leadership training session encouraged students to develop the confidence and skills required to take up leadership responsibilities.
