The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by Dr. Suresh, who welcomed the faculty members, organizers, speakers, and students. He highlighted the importance of career planning, continuous learning, and developing industry-relevant skills to succeed in today’s competitive environment. The first speech was delivered by Lakshana S, ll-year CSE student, who spoke about entrepreneurship and business. She explained the importance of entrepreneurial thinking, identifying opportunities, developing innovative ideas, and understanding the basic aspects of starting and managing a business. Her session encouraged students to explore entrepreneurship as a potential career pathway. The second speech was delivered by Mamtha S, lV-year CSE student, on career guidance. She discussed the importance of identifying individual interests and strengths while selecting a suitable career path. She also emphasized skill development, higher education, internships, certifications, and staying updated with industry trends. The third speech was delivered by Dharshna MB, lV-year CSE student, who focused on Leet Code and its importance in technical career preparation. She explained how practicing coding problems can improve logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and programming skills. The session highlighted the importance of consistent coding practice for technical interviews and placements. The fourth speech was delivered by Harsini S, lll-year CSE student, who shared valuable insights related to career development and professional growth.
