The JIT – Intellectual Property Rights Cell in association with JIT-IIC and JIT EDC organizes  a workshop on Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behavior Development for developing the entrepreneur skills to the students. On 27.12.23 with the prayer song followed by welcome address given by Dr.K.Mahendran EDC coordinator the workshop was conducted. In the forenoon session resource persons Dr.E.S.Shamila, IPR Coordinator and  Dr.M.M.Matheswaran Start-up Activity Co-ordinator focuses on the importance of innovation and idea, how to develop ideas to overcome obstacles and be proactive, how to develop problem solving skills of students. 

In the afternoon session Dr. Sridevi. K. B, IIC coordinator, Jansons School of Business, Coimbatore enlighten Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behavior Development. She covered the following points to make them as a successful future Entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurship Skills – Business management skills, Network skills, Critical thinking skills,Positive and entrepreneurial attitude, Organization and Planning – forming a work team and delegating its functions
