Four days Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Workshop
The JIT – Intellectual Property Rights Cell in association with JIT-IIC, organizes a four days Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Workshop dated 18.04.23 and 29.04.23. The Workshop was exclusively conducted for the students of JIT.
The first day session was handled by Prof.M.Vivek and Prof.P.Gowsikraja for CSE department students on 18.04.23. The day 2 session was handled by Dr.E.S.Shamila and Prof.A.Praveena for ECE department students on 20.04.23. The third day session was handled by Dr.P. Gowtham and Prof.N.Krishnapriya a for Mechanical department students on 28.04.23
The last day session was handled by Dr.T. Meenakshi and Prof.L.Agnes Preethi a for AI&DS department students on 29.04.23.
The workshop was planned to generate awareness about Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in all the Sectors, thereby furnishing requisite guidance and proficiency about an assortment of procedures of copyrights, patents, trademarks, and publicity rights search and application filing. The Workshop is indeed a podium to foster pioneering minds amid participants and identification of protectable innovations. The foremost purpose of intellectual property workshop was to encourage the creation of a large variety of intellectual goods. Hence this workshop was organised to sentsitise about the IPR to the students of JIT.
