Mini Project Contest

          Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has organized a Mini Project Contest for the II and III year EEE students on 03.08.2019.  Totally 34 students participated in the even and exhibited around 10 projects in various applications.  Project title and the student members are listed below.  Dr.S. Elangovan, Prof & Head – EEE inaugurated the contest in the presence of all the faculty members of the department.  The Jury members were Dr.T. Meenakshi and Prof.K. Mahendran.  They have evaluated the projects and appreciated the efforts of students and also they have given their valuable suggestions for the improvement and enhancement of their projects.  “Smart dustbin using Arduino” by Ms. Harshini and team won the first prize.  “Home Automation using Arduino and Bluetooth” by Ms. Mythili and team won the second prize and “Sonar detector with angle measurement using Arduino” by Mr. Kailash and team won the third prize.  Participation certificates were distributed to all the participants.  The Event was organized by Dr.K. Umapathi and Prof.M. Surya.
