Webinar on Fundamentals of Project Management was organized by Department of Civil Engineering on 19.08.2020 by Pavamana Srinivasan, Associate Director at Gleeds Consulting (I) Pvt Ltd. Students, Professors and Research scholars from various departments has participated the webinar. He gave detailed speech about all the stages of project management such as initiating projects, planning for time and cost, planning for project risk, communication, and change control, executing, managing, and controlling a project, and closing a project. The Construction Project Management makes Civil Engineers, a perfect blend of experts on latest construction technologies, execution methods and project management.

The webinar was helpful to know about oversee large construction projects, attend project progress meeting and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
