A Webinar on “Leadership Qualities” was arranged by the JIT ISTE Student Chapter for the ISTE student chapter members of JIT on 27.03.2021(AN). The invited speaker was Rtn.PHF.Er.S.Sivachandran, President, Rotary Club, Tirupur Metal Town. The speaker explained the most important qualities of a good leader such as integrity, accountability, empathy, humility, resilience and positivity. The speaker insisted the students to develop the qualities required for a good leader. He finally addressed the different types of leaders with example.
