HOW GAMBLING, A TIME PASS, TURNS INTO CRIME

Internal Women Caring Cell Organizes an awareness program on “HOW GAMBLING, A TIME PASS, TURNS INTO CRIME” on 15-02-2023 at the auditorium. The chief guests made their presence at the stage and the students gathered at the venue. The event began with Tamil Thai Vaalthu. Welcome Address for the event was presented by Ms. Sukitha of II CSE. Ms.Subarna of II ECE delivered the Opening Note of Event .CA.M.Preetha.,B.Com., BBA.,FCA. DISA who is one of the chief guests of the day spoke about irrecoverable loss and its ramifications. She also divulged the ways in which one can protect himself from the menace. CA.P.Arul Jothi., B.Com., ACA.,GMAP and Associates, (Partner), Delivered a thought provoking speech about this social evil and how deceptively young minds are pulled toward online gambling. He also spelled out the ways to overcome this addiction. The students provided their feedback about the event. Vote of Thanks was given by Ms.Pranetha of I ECE. The event ended with the National anthem.
