ROLE OF A TEACHER AS A NEGOTIATOR AND A MORAL GUIDE

                 A program on “ROLE OF A TEACHER AS A NEGOTIATOR AND A MORAL GUIDE” was organized by IWCC for the student members of all respective departments of JIT on 19.08.2021 through online mode.   

                 Teachers are the second guardian for students in their second house. The most important skills teachers need is negotiation. In the outlook of Teacher’s day, an essay competition was conducted. Many students from various departments actively took part in the competition. Participants in their writing portrayed the relationship that exists between teachers and students.  It was highlighted that teachers would stand to the emotional needs of the students to scaffold them. Winners of the competition were conferred with a certificate of appreciation.
