Igniting the Spirit of volunteerism

The event Igniting the Spirit of Volunteerism was conducted on August 4, 2025, from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Seminar Hall, Jansons Institute of Technology. Organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) in association with the NDLI Club, the programme aimed to inspire students to recognize the importance of volunteerism in personal growth and community development. The session began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Priyadharshini, setting the tone for the event.This was followed by Ms. Anusuya introducing an engaging audio-visual presentation that highlighted the value of volunteer work, showcasing its role in fostering empathy, teamwork, and leadership. Ms. Vaishnavi then introduced the guest speakers, who shared insightful perspectives on how youth can contribute to social change through service and responsibility. Their inspiring talks encouraged students to view volunteerism as a lifelong commitment. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Abihishek Reddy, appreciating the efforts of organizers, speakers, and participants.
