Leadership Quality and Democratic Attitude

The “Leadership quality and democratic attitude” event on May 27, 2024, from 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm, at the Seminar Hall of Jansons Institute of Technology, was organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) in collaboration with NDLI Club and first-year students. The event commenced with an opening ceremony featuring a welcome address and an introduction to the event. Following the opening ceremony, Ms.Ananda divya delivered a speech in English on the topic of Leadership quality and democratic attitute. She addressed the significance of how to become a leader and we develop the leadership quality . Subsequently Mr.Samjebstan  and Ms. Divyadharshini  presented a video providing an overview of Democraric attitute. Then, Mr.praveen kumar and Abinanthan make conversion about great leaders (NETAJI SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE AND AMBRDKAR )By this presentation they also shared some Laws and significance of leadership Then, Mr.Ramakrishna and ms.Rohitha conducted a game about the event  and overall event MOC was presented by Ms. Sweta. Overall, the event provided valuable information and guidance to help students stay unity and also made students to promote peace in society.
