The International Yoga Day event was a vibrant celebration of health, wellness, and cultural exchange. The event started off with a welcome address by Mr. Rakesh Varsan. Then the event is led by Physical Education Trainer Mr. Damodharan. Participants engaged in various yoga positions, each carefully selected to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Throughout the event, Mr. Damodharan eloquently explained the significance of each yoga posture and its relevance to daily life. The event not only provided an opportunity for participants to experience the transformative power of yoga  but also facilitated cultural exchange and unity.  Then the event winded up with a vote of thanks by Mr. Bharathsree. Thanks to Mr.Damodharan’s expert guidance and insightful explanations.
