The Orientation programme for the NSS Special Camp: Empowering Communities, Enhancing Lives was conducted on 3rd February 2026 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Seminar Hall. Organized by the National Service Scheme, the meeting served as a pre-camp preparation session for volunteers. The Programme Officer briefed students about the objectives, schedule, and expected outcomes of the special camp. Various committees were formed to manage responsibilities such as accommodation, food, discipline, health, documentation, cultural activities, and public relations. Volunteers were assigned specific roles to ensure smooth coordination and teamwork during the camp. Important guidelines, safety measures, and community engagement strategies were discussed in detail. The session emphasized leadership, cooperation, and responsibility among volunteers. Students actively participated in planning discussions and clarified their duties. The orientation concluded with a strong commitment from volunteers to work collectively toward the successful implementation of the special camp activities.
