National Service Scheme and Youth Red Cross organises UN Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking  On March 26, 2023, the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking was observed on Annur Road, Karumathapatti at 11 am. This significant day serves as a reminder of the global challenge posed by drug abuse, affecting individuals, families, and communities worldwide. Here are the key highlights from the event organized by NSS (National Service Scheme), YRC (Youth Red Cross) volunteers, and Karumathapatti police officers, under the guidance of NSS Program Officer Dr. K. Senthamil Selvan and faculty Mr.Thilak Rajkumar By guidence of police officers we went on a Rally on Annur Road by giving an awarness pamplets to public and we also explained the cons of drugs and illicit about Trafficking
