Raju from the Electoral Literacy Club provided a detailed briefing on the electoral process, voter rights, and the significance of voter participation. After the briefing, NSS Volunteers conducted awareness activities across various parts of Unjapalayam Village. They began on the South Side of the village, engaging with villagers and educating them on voting. This was followed by campaigns on the North Side, the East Side, and the West Side of the Village. Each session involved direct interaction with villagers, answering questions, and informing them about their voting rights and responsibilities. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. John, II Year AI&DS department, who expressed gratitude to the volunteers, speakers, and villagers for their active participation. Overall, the campaign successfully reached the entire village, fostering greater awareness and engagement among the community members regarding the electoral process and the importance of voting.
