Webinar on “IP and Youth: Innovating for a Better Future”

To celebrate the World Intellectual Property Day on theme of “IP and Youth: Innovating for a Better Future” and celebrates youth-led innovation and creativity. The day is celebrated to raise awareness of the impact of how patents, copyright, trademarks and design affect our daily life. The role of intellectual property (IP) rights is used for encouraging, innovation and creativity in societies across the globe.

The celebration of World Intellectual Property Day 2022’s theme focuses on IP and Youth innovating for a Better Future. We explore how these innovative, energetic and creative minds are driving positive change. It was discussed to find out how young inventors, creators and entrepreneurs can use intellectual property (IP) rights to achieve their goals, generate income, create jobs, tackle local and global challenges and support community and national development.

The theme of this year’s World IP Day is “IP and Youth: Innovating for a Better Future”. The focus is on how creative young people around the world are using intellectual property (IP) rights to develop innovative concepts and ideas that make the world a brighter – and better – place. The Participants got clear idea about innovation, novelty and patent filing.
